Shipping & Returns
After you have created your account, the available freight options and actual charges for your order are displayed whilst checking out.
Note: Due to the extreme variation in weight and size of our products, freight has to be determined after your order is placed. We will contact you, usually via email with a firm quote for the shipment of your goods. No charges will be made until you accept the freight quote.
For your security, all couriered shipments will require the signature of an adult and you may also be asked for identification upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address. When checking out you will be presented with the delivery options available to you for that particular order, and may change them at that stage. Different delivery services have different maximum sizes and weights that they will carry into certain areas. We will always select the most appropriate options suitable to your delivery destination.
Information About Delivery Times:
All delivery times are approximate only, and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched. We endevour to ship within 24 hours where humanly possible.
Delays in shipment may occur if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay. In the event of some items on your order being in stock and some items being substantially delayed we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges will apply.
Delivery of your order via Courier is available only for the Perth metro area and some other fringe locations throughout Western Australia.
When goods are dispatched via local Couriers, delivery is generally next business day for Perth metro and the following business day for other locations in WA.
We can also organise a courier of your choice, if required.
Should you need to return a product to us, please call on (08) 9271 2720 or email us at email@example.com to receive your return authorisation and instructons. Normally requests for returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty on arrival. Should a product be returned to us as faulty, but is found to be in normal working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight from you to us and the cost of return freight at our normal freight charges. You may also be charged a service fee for the testing of the product, depending on the item. We may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.
A re-stocking fee may apply to goods returned for credit being surplus to requirements.
Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Western Australia.
