Very efficient, prompt friendly service by people who obviously knew what they were doing. It was helpful that unlike other retic companies Troy was able to tell me when he was coming so I could book time off work. I needed to replace an old sand spear, so Troy suggested putting down a 100mm casing with a 50mm pipe inside to connect to the old pump for now, but he could easily put a new submersible pump down the same outer casing when required in future. I was glad to save money by not replacing the pump yet , but have flexibility to replace latter. They turned up when they said they would and put down new bore that works beautifully . Very happy
